Meet Charleston Girley

Charleston Girley, a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is a nationally recognized speaker, accomplished author, entrepreneur, and visionary voice in business, finance, and personal development. A rising force in the worlds of faith, finance, and motivation, Girley has built his career by blending discipline, creativity, and relentless perseverance.

From the football field to the boardroom, his journey reflects the power of resilience and preparation. As a former walk-on who earned a scholarship and became a starter for Arkansas State University, Girley helped secure four conference championships. Those years instilled a lesson that continues to shape his life: nothing is guaranteed except one’s work ethic. When preparation aligns with God’s timing, success is inevitable.

In 2018, Girley published his autobiography The Black Accountant, a raw and inspiring memoir that details his trials, triumphs, and the mindset shifts that propelled him forward. Today, he is building on that foundation with additional works, including his upcoming motivational book Keep Dreaming: A God-Centered Guide to Understanding, Building, and Living Your Dream, as well as the launch of the Keep Dreaming Podcast, where he shares practical wisdom, biblical truth, and personal stories to help others pursue their God-given purpose.

As the founder of multiple businesses, including Gold Doors G&B LLC, Girley brings financial expertise and entrepreneurial strategy to industries such as real estate, construction, and consulting. He has advised therapy clinics, managed multi-unit properties, structured creative financing deals, and built a bookkeeping business focused on helping entrepreneurs and investors thrive. His business philosophy is simple: money is a tool, not the goal—the true aim is freedom, legacy, and impact.

Beyond business, Girley is deeply committed to empowering others. His speaking engagements—whether on stage at conferences, in workshops, or through his growing online platforms—focus on helping people break limiting beliefs, embrace adversity as a teacher, and step boldly into the life God designed for them. His motto, “Keep Dreaming,” is more than a phrase; it’s a movement calling people to pursue purpose, wealth, and faith with unshakable conviction.

Charleston Girley is not just building businesses—he’s building a legacy. Through his books, speaking, podcast, apparel brand, and ventures in real estate and finance, he is committed to equipping dreamers with the tools, mindset, and faith they need to turn visions into reality. His message is clear: liberate your mind, trust God’s plan, and you will liberate your life.

“KEEP DREAMING.”

SERVING

Charleston Girley is deeply committed to serving the community that shaped him. Through his work on multiple city boards—including the Jonesboro Facilities Board, Citizens Advisory Committee, and Community Engagement Professionals Board—he helps guide funding, improve public services, and strengthen economic and social development across Jonesboro.

He serves weekly at CYS Ministries, a consolidated youth program for boys who have experienced foster care. Every Monday night, Charleston teaches young men ages 13–18 about personal growth, discipline, purpose, and becoming the best version of themselves.

Charleston’s heart for mentorship also continues through his work with Men of Mack at Word Baptist Church, where he serves every Wednesday at the public school in Jonesboro mentoring young men. He is expanding that reach by launching Men of IS—a mentoring branch for 5th grade boys at International Studies Magnet School in Jonesboro.

In addition to youth mentorship, Charleston is a recognized advocate for financial literacy, earning the “Build Our Economic Wealth” Award for empowering individuals and families with practical financial education.

Whether serving youth, student-athletes, or the broader community, Charleston leads with purpose, compassion, and a belief that true success is measured by the lives you impact.
